I was looking at buying a house in a very short set time frame. Shanda offered a professional service with extreme attention to detail. If I had a question she either had the answer or got one for me. Shanda was very considerate of working around my schedules and I really appreciate all her effort put in for finding my perfect home! Shanda and Dan's experience really showed through and I cannot find the words to express my gratitude - they met all my needs. My wife and I worked with Shanda to help us buy our new home and sell our old home. She and her entire team were so helpful and great to work with. She was on top of every detail of both transactions and made sure the other parties were meeting their deadlines. She gave great advice on selling our home and did a thorough analysis of current market prices so that we got a really great price for our house and sold it quickly (1 month!). I highly recommend Shanda and her team. You will not be disappointed!

We were put in touch with Wolf Real Estate Professionals to sell our home about ten days before we needed to leave Anchorage. Dan and his team understood our urgency and were on top of everything right away. They had all the paperwork completed and a photographer in our home within a few days. Even after leaving town, we were informed every step of the way. We didn’t have to worry about any detail getting left out. Just being around Dan & Kristen a short time before leaving town, I could tell that they love what they do! They truly want what is best for their clients and always have their wants and needs in mind.

Working with Dan Wolf exceeded any of my expectations. Dan was patient, highly knowledgeable, stayed in touch throughout the process, advised, negotiated, and completed the process on time. Going through the process of selling my home was quite scary for me but I felt tremendously grateful for his guidance. He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that he put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed and non-judgmental manner. Dan is highly attentive to detail. I really appreciated Dan and Kristen for their help and effort selling my single family house successfully. They were very well prepared before our first meeting, and my wife and I could not refuse to select this Wolf team as our selling agent when we saw their binder book with their constructive data and their successful stories with my colleagues. For my specific case (need to leave before October), Dan took some pictures before we moved out, which allows us putting my house on market in September (those pictures were taken in my opinion very professionally). And later after we moved out, he had a professional photographer re-take lots of nice pictures. Kristen hosted a few open house shows and the team also has a good IT knowledge to put my house flyers accessible in various professional website and social medias. During home sell while we were already in Texas, Kristen always kept me updated. When the good news finally came in, Kristen and Dan also helped a lot on negotiating contract. Thank you Dan and Kristen, and congratulations on your very successful careers.
